Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years of leadership experience, preferably in a customer-facing or operational role.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience with de-escalation skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a customer service culture at the site.
• Meet sales goals and educate on unlimited wash club benefits.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new Team Members; manage scheduling and labor budgets.
• Oversee inventory and ensure site equipment, facilities, and staff meet quality standards.
• Perform regular team performance reviews and enforce company policies.
