Express Wash Concepts LLC is seeking an Assistant Site Manager at our Newark, OH location. You will support the site manager, drive sales for unlimited wash packages, and upsell products. This role focuses on team leadership, daily operations, and exceptional customer care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ year of leadership experience beneficial.
• 2+ years of customer service experience expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily on-site store operations with quality standards.
• Lead with integrity and foster respectful accountability.
• Aim to exceed sales goals and store growth.
• Assist with recruiting, developing, and motivating teams.
• Manage labor and staff scheduling effectively.
• Monitor chemicals, utilities, and expenditures for P&L control.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure standards.
• Handle cash management with reconciliations and deposits.
• Monitor inventory and place orders as needed.
• Ensure safety protocols and SOPs are followed.
• Address customer escalations calmly and professionally.
• Learn wash process and equipment to expand knowledge.
• Pursue educational opportunities for growth.
