Express Wash Concepts is hiring an Assistant Site Manager in Perrysburg, OH. Earn $22.00 per hour with strong opportunities for advancement into leadership roles. You will help run the site, drive sales of unlimited wash packages, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal communication skills.

• Assist the site manager to ensure smooth store operations and customer service excellence.
• Drive sales by presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages and upselling.
• Lead recruiting, coaching and scheduling of staff.
• Manage labor, inventory, and quality control checks.
