Express Wash Concepts is seeking an Assistant Site Manager II for Clean Express Auto Wash in Toledo, OH. The role focuses on supporting the site manager, driving sales through unlimited wash packages, and coaching a frontline team.

You’ll manage schedules, monitor quality, and ensure excellent customer care in a fast-paced setting. The position offers an hourly rate of $22.00 with incentives based on site performance and opportunities to advance within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience, including de-escalation tactics.
• Basic IT and computer proficiency, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Strong verbal communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
• Capability to provide and follow clear directions.
• Ability to close the site at least two nights per week and open as needed.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and train.

Responsabilités

• Assist the site manager to ensure store operations run smoothly and meet customer service needs.
• Lead sales efforts by presenting monthly unlimited wash packages and upselling products.
• Manage labor and staffing schedules; monitor quality control checks.
• Oversee cash handling, daily reconciliations, audits, and deposits.
• Support safety protocols and standard operating procedures; learn wash process and equipment.
• Contribute to recruiting, developing, and motivating team members.
