Job summary

Express Wash Concepts is hiring an Assistant Site Manager II for Clean Express Auto Wash in Warren, MI. The role offers $22.00 per hour with incentives based on site performance. You will assist the site manager, drive sales of unlimited car wash packages, and lead a team to deliver exceptional service.

The position requires a high school diploma, 1+ year of leadership, and 2+ years of customer service experience. Weekend availability and basic IT skills are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Basic IT proficiency including POS systems and MS Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Ability to close the site at least two nights per week and open as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the site manager to ensure the store operates efficiently and meets customer service needs.
• Lead sales efforts by presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages and upselling products.
• Manage labor and staff scheduling; monitor expenditures and quality checks.
• Support recruiting, development, and training of team members.
• Handle customer escalations calmly and professionally.
