Express Wash Concepts is hiring an Assistant Site Manager II for Clean Express Auto Wash in Southfield, MI. Earn $22.00/hour with incentive opportunities based on site performance and customer experience.

The role focuses on supporting the site manager, driving sales of unlimited wash packages, and coaching staff. You will help maintain daily operations, ensure safety and quality, and contribute to growing the business through effective team leadership and customer care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor preferred.
• 1+ year of leadership experience.
• 2+ years of customer service experience, including de-escalation tactics.
• Basic IT proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work weekends and varied hours.
• Strong verbal communication and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day on-site store operations.
• Lead with integrity and foster accountable teamwork.
• Aim to exceed sales goals and store growth.
• Assist with recruiting, developing and coaching staff.
• Manage labor scheduling and daily staffing needs.
• Monitor chemicals, utilities and other expenses for P&L control.
• Perform cash handling, reconciliations and deposits per SOP.
• Oversee inventory and supplies; assist with ordering.
• Enforce safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Learn wash process and equipment; participate in ongoing training.
• Support growth through educational opportunities and additional duties.
