Job summary

Express Wash Concepts LLC is seeking an Assistant Site Manager in Columbus, OH who will support the site manager to keep the store running smoothly and exceed customer service expectations. You will actively promote monthly unlimited car wash packages and upsell products to customers.

You will lead day-to-day operations, coach staff, and drive sales while managing scheduling and safety. The role offers growth opportunities across our growing network and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience, including de-escalation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Basic IT proficiency, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-quality day-to-day on-site store operations.
• Lead with integrity and foster a culture of respectful accountability.
• Strive to exceed sales goals and store growth.
• Assist with Recruiting, developing, and motivating teams to deliver the company’s mission.
• Manage labor and staff scheduling and ensure coverage.
• Oversee P&L management through monitoring of chemicals, utilities, and other expenditures.
• Maintain quality assurance through accurate Quality Control checks.
• Follow cash procedures including daily reconciliations, audits, and deposits.
• Monitor inventory and supplies and assist with orders.
• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Address customer escalations calmly and promptly.
• Learn wash process to expand knowledgebase and drive growth.
