Express Wash Concepts is seeking an Assistant Site Manager II for Clean Express Auto Wash in Sterling Heights, MI. Earn $22.00/hour with incentives tied to site performance, and grow through leadership opportunities.

Responsibilities include assisting the site manager, driving sales of unlimited wash packages, and ensuring quality customer service while managing staff and daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.
• 2+ years of customer service experience, including de-escalation.
• Basic IT proficiency, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Strong verbal communication skills for engaging with customers.
• Ability to follow directions, close/open the site as needed.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and train others.

Responsibilities

• Assist site manager to ensure store is operating and meets customer service needs.
• Lead sales efforts by presenting monthly unlimited wash packages and upselling products.
• Manage day-to-day store operations and customer escalations.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate teams to deliver company mission.
• Oversee labor and staff scheduling with cost awareness.
• Monitor quality control and cash handling procedures.
• Manage inventory and supplies; support orders.
