Express Wash Concepts' Moo Moo Express Car Wash in Columbus, OH is hiring an Assistant Site Manager to help run daily store operations, lead a team, and drive customer satisfaction.

The role focuses on sales, scheduling, cash handling, safety, training, and delivering top service. Eligible candidates should have leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred associate/bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.
• 2+ years of customer service experience with de-escalation skills.
• Basic IT and computer proficiency including POS and MS Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Strong verbal communication to engage customers.
• Ability to close the site two nights per week and open as needed.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and train others.
• Present a professional image per appearance guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain day-to-day on-site store operations at a high level.
• Lead with integrity and foster respectful accountability.
• Strive to exceed sales goals and store growth.
• Assist with recruiting, developing, and motivating teams.
• Manage labor scheduling and monitor payroll-related costs.
• Oversee cash handling, daily reconciliations, audits and deposits.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies; ensure safety procedures.
• Address customer escalations calmly and effectively.
• Learn wash process and equipment to expand knowledge.
• Participate in training and growth opportunities.
