Moo Moo Express Car Wash in Columbus, OH is seeking an Assistant Site Manager II to support the site manager and help operations run smoothly while delivering exceptional customer service.

You’ll lead by example, drive sales of monthly unlimited wash packages, help recruit and develop a shifts team, manage daily finances, and uphold safety and quality standards. The role offers $22.00 per hour plus incentives and a strong path for growth within Express Wash Concepts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 1+ year of leadership experience and strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, with basic IT proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist site manager to ensure smooth store operations and customer care.
• Lead sales efforts, presenting unlimited wash packages and upselling.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate team members; manage staffing schedules.
• Oversee P&L related to chemicals, utilities and consumables.
• Maintain quality control and enforce safety protocols.
• Handle cash procedures, deposits, and daily reconciliations.
