Express Wash Concepts in Dayton, OH is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to oversee daily store operations and drive exceptional customer service. You’ll supervise staff, manage scheduling, and upsell monthly unlimited car wash packages and related products.

With 1 year of leadership and 2+ years in customer service, you’ll coach teams, monitor P&L, and ensure safe, efficient operations while delivering a premier guest experience. Growth opportunities exist across 130+ locations.

Qualifications

• 1 year of leadership experience
• 2+ years of customer service experience including de-escalation tactics
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Strong verbal communication skills to engage with customers
• Present professional image according to guidelines

Responsibilities

• Assist the site manager to ensure store operations meet customer service needs
• Lead sales efforts by presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages and upselling products
• Recruit, develop, and motivate teams to deliver the company’s mission
• Manage labor and staff scheduling
• Oversee cash handling, reconciliations, deposits, and quality control checks
• Maintain on-site operations and safety protocols
• Learn wash processes and equipment to expand knowledge base
• Grow the business through coaching and training across locations
