Express Wash Concepts LLC, operating Moo Moo Express Car Wash in Columbus, OH, is seeking an Assistant Site Manager. Earn $22 per hour with incentives based on site performance while supporting daily operations and customer care.

You will lead on-site activities, drive sales of unlimited wash packages, manage scheduling and cash controls, and coach a team to deliver fast, friendly service. Advancement opportunities arise with performance and training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience, including de-escalation.
• Basic IT proficiency, including POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-quality day-to-day on-site store operations.
• Lead with integrity and foster a culture of respectful accountability.
• Strive to exceed sales goals and store growth.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate teams to deliver the company’s mission.
• Effective P&L management through monitoring of chemicals, utilities, and other expenditures.
