Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle is seeking an Assistant Site Manager in Atlanta to support the Site Manager in daily operations, coordinating vendors, and ensuring high service quality. You will help maintain site standards, address challenges, and implement site-specific strategies to meet client needs.

In this role you will collaborate with on-site staff, vendors, and leadership to deliver operational excellence, safety, and compliance while contributing to a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 1–3 years in facility management or related field.
• 1–3 years coordinating vendors and managing SLAs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills enabling teamwork.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic FM software familiarity.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new processes and tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hard and soft services vendors, on-site staff, and the Site Manager.
• Conduct routine site inspections to ensure vendor compliance and safety standards.
• Assist in vendor performance reviews, quality assessments, and issue resolution.
• Collect and organize operational data to support performance reporting.
• Help implement site procedures to streamline workflows and enhance safety.
