Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Construction to lead complex ground-up development projects in Atlanta. The role requires coordinating design, permitting, and construction activities with internal teams and external partners to deliver schedules, budgets, and quality outcomes.

You will manage client expectations, supervise project teams, and ensure financial controls while maintaining a strong focus on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field as required or equivalent experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent credential is required.
• Minimum of 7 years of project management experience in CRE or related industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of construction processes, permits, and QA.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional project management services for assigned projects.
• Oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for success.
• Ensure projects are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
