Qualifications

• Education - Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• On the job experience (4+ years of experience in management of facility/plant engineering).
• Must be able to work 2nd shift.
• Managerial experience with strong people skills.
• Ability to respond to after-hour emergencies.
• Good interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Strong technical knowledge in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, codes, and safety.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite, BMS, EMS, CMMS, etc.
• Visa sponsorship not provided for this position.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support building engineers for operation and maintenance of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, structural).
• Oversee daily facility operations, maintenance, and capital projects.
• Ensure compliance with codes and regulations; conduct audits.
• Develop maintenance strategies and emergency response plans.
• Manage CMMS, records, inventory, and purchase orders.
• Direct staff recruiting, performance management, and training.
• Manage vendor performance and contract compliance.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure service quality.
