Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring an Assistant Shop Manager to lead a fast-paced team on the shop floor and support the Shop Manager with daily operations, team development, and a quick, friendly customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months’ customer service experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring others is required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to direct, coach and give feedback.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workflow and act as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Model fast, friendly customer service and address customer needs.
• Ensure services are completed safely, accurately, and per standards.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and take on leadership duties when the Shop Manager is unavailable.
• Train new team members and provide real-time coaching and feedback.
