Zusammenfassung

Take 5 Oil Change is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to lead on the shop floor, support the Shop Manager with daily operations, and help develop a fast, friendly team. You’ll step in as Manager on Duty when needed, keeping the shop safe, efficient, and focused on delivering great service. Paid hands-on training is provided to teach the Take 5 way.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ months customer service experience in fast-paced service.
• 6+ months leading or mentoring others in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to following and maintaining facility and safety control policies and practices.
• Strong communication skills and comfort providing direction, coaching, and feedback to team members.
• Reliability and accountability in responsibilities.

Aufgaben

• Complete our Certified Technician training.
• Serve as Manager on Duty; coordinate workflow and help the team deliver safe, efficient, high-quality service.
• Model fast, friendly customer service, respond to customer needs, and resolve concerns professionally.
• Train new team members, provide real-time coaching and feedback, reinforce expectations, and recognize strong performance.
• Perform all Certified Technician and Lead Technician responsibilities.
• Complete opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with daily inventory counts and adjustments.
• Support shop communication, reporting, and operational follow-up.
