Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring an Assistant Shop Manager to support daily shop operations, lead a fast-paced team, and ensure a high-quality customer experience. You may step in as Manager on Duty, coordinating workflow and safety while delivering efficient service.

Paid training is provided to teach Take 5 standards. Automotive experience is valued but not required, with opportunities for growth through the Take 5 leadership path.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months’ customer service experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring others is a plus.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities are expected.
• Commitment to safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support Shop Manager with daily operations and team development.
• Act as Manager on Duty when required to coordinate workflow.
• Provide fast, friendly customer service and address concerns professionally.
• Train new team members and provide real-time coaching.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and inventory tasks.
