Take 5 Oil Change is hiring an Assistant Shop Manager to lead a fast-paced team, support daily operations, and drive excellent customer experiences. You’ll step in as Manager on Duty when needed and help the team stay safe, efficient, and on-brand with Take 5 standards.

We provide paid training, opportunities for career growth, and a path from technician to leadership roles. Automotive experience is valued but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months in customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum 6 months of leadership, coaching, or mentoring experience.
• Commitment to safety policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and ability to provide direction.
• Proactive, accountable, and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Support the Shop Manager with daily operations and staff development.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed to keep the shop safe and efficient.
• Provide fast, friendly service and coach team members in Take 5 standards.
• Complete opening/closing procedures and assist with inventory.
• Lead training for new team members and deliver real-time feedback.
• Help with reporting and operational follow-up.
