Take 5 Oil Change is hiring an Assistant Shop Manager to lead a fast-paced team on the shop floor. You will support the Shop Manager with daily operations, develop team members, and ensure a safe, high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ months customer service in a fast-paced service environment.
• 6+ months leading or mentoring others in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow and enforce safety policies and practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations and inventory management.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when needed and coordinate workflow to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to new team members.
• Model fast, friendly customer service and address customer concerns professionally.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and support reporting and follow-up.
