Take 5 Oil Change is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to support daily operations, lead a fast-paced team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will step in as Manager on Duty when needed, helping keep the shop safe, efficient, and running smoothly. Paid, hands-on training is provided to teach the Take 5 way.

Automotive experience is valued but not required; the role offers clear growth paths from shop roles into leadership positions, with competitive hourly pay and weekly bonuses.

Qualifications

• 6 months’ customer service experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• 6 months’ experience leading, coaching, or mentoring others.
• Commitment to following and maintaining facility and safety control policies and practices.
• Reliable transportation to and from your work location.

Responsabilités

• Assist Shop Manager with daily operations and team development.
• Step in as Manager on Duty to coordinate workflow.
• Model fast, friendly customer service and respond to customer needs.
• Ensure services are completed accurately while reinforcing safety and procedures.
• Train new team members and provide real-time coaching and feedback.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and assist with inventory.
