Take 5 Oil Change is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to lead on the shop floor, support daily operations, develop the team, and deliver a fast, friendly customer experience.

You’ll step in as Manager on Duty when needed, keep the shop safe and efficient, participate in opening/closing, train new team members, and pursue growth through Take 5’s internal path. Paid, hands-on training is provided to teach the Take 5 standards.

Automotive experience is valued, but not required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Minimum 6 months of experience leading or mentoring others.
• Commitment to following facility and safety policies.
• Strong communication skills for directing and coaching teammates.
• Ability to stay calm, organized and solution-focused during busy periods.
• Must meet age and certification requirements, including Inspector Certification when required.

• Assist Shop Manager with daily operations, team development, and customer experience.
• Step in as Manager on Duty when needed, guiding workflow and safety.
• Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and recognize strong performance.
• Train new team members and support inventory and reporting tasks.
• Complete opening and closing procedures and support shop communications.
