Job summary

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring an Assistant Shop Manager in a fast-paced automotive service environment. You will assist the Shop Manager with daily operations, drive team development, and act as Manager on Duty when needed to keep the shop safe, efficient, and customer-focused.

We provide paid, hands-on training to teach the Take 5 way, with an emphasis on strong customer service, leadership growth, and meeting service standards. Automotive experience is valued but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months’ customer service experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Minimum 6 months’ experience leading, coaching, or mentoring others in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to following facility and safety policies and practices.

Responsibilities

• Support the Shop Manager with daily operations and team development.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when needed and help keep the shop safe and efficient.
• Model fast, friendly customer service and respond to customer needs professionally.
• Reinforce company procedures, safety requirements, and service standards.
• Train new team members and provide real-time coaching and feedback.
