Take 5 Oil Change is hiring an Assistant Shop Manager in Dallas to support daily operations and lead a fast-paced team on the shop floor. You’ll help manage customer experiences, training, and workflow while stepping in as Manager on Duty as needed.

Automotive experience is valued but not required; we provide paid training and a clear path from technician to leadership. Competitive hourly pay with weekly bonuses and benefits help you grow with Take 5 across the company.

Qualificações

• Minimum 6 months’ customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum 6 months’ experience leading or mentoring others.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Shop Manager with daily operations, team development, and a fast, friendly customer experience.
• Step in as Manager on Duty when needed, keeping the shop safe, efficient, and running smoothly.
• Complete Certified Technician training and lead by example.
• Train new team members and provide real-time coaching.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and inventory counts.
• Support shop communication, reporting, and follow-up.
