Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer service in a fast-paced service environment.
• 6+ months' experience leading, coaching, or mentoring others.
• Strong communication skills for directing and coaching the team.
• Commitment to safety policies and practices.

Responsibilities

• Support Shop Manager with daily operations and team development.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed to coordinate workflow.
• Provide fast, friendly customer service and resolve concerns professionally.
• Ensure services are completed accurately and safely per procedures.
• Train new team members and give real-time coaching.
