Take 5 Oil Change in Texas is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to help lead a fast-paced service team on the shop floor. You’ll support the Shop Manager with daily operations, coaching, and delivering a friendly, efficient customer experience.

Automotive experience is valued but not required; hands-on training is provided. The role includes opening/closing procedures, guiding technicians, inventory checks, and maintaining safety standards. Career growth paths are available within Take 5.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring others in a fast-paced setting.
• Commitment to following facility and safety policies and practices.
• Strong communication and direction-giving skills.

Responsibilities
