Take 5 Oil Change is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to lead on the shop floor, support the Shop Manager, train teammates, and ensure fast, friendly service. Prior automotive experience is valued but not required; you will step in as Manager on Duty and help keep the shop safe, efficient, and running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months customer service experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Minimum 6 months’ experience leading, coaching, or mentoring others in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to following and maintaining facility and safety control policies and practices.

Responsibilities

• Complete opening and closing procedures.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when needed by coordinating workflow and helping the team deliver safe, efficient, high-quality service.
• Model fast, friendly customer service and respond to customer needs.
• Train new team members and provide real-time coaching and feedback.
