Take 5 Oil Change is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to support daily operations, mentor team members, and step in as Manager on Duty as needed. You will help keep the shop safe, efficient, and customer-focused, delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Paid hands-on training is provided, and there are clear growth paths from shop roles into leadership positions. Automotive experience is valued but not required.

Qualifications

• 6 months’ customer service experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• 6 months’ experience leading, coaching, or mentoring others.
• Strong communication skills and ability to provide direction and feedback.
• Commitment to following facility and safety policies.

Responsabilités

• Support Shop Manager with daily operations and team development.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed to coordinate workflow.
• Provide fast, friendly customer service and resolve concerns professionally.
• Ensure services are completed accurately while reinforcing procedures and safety standards.
• Train new team members and provide real-time coaching.
