Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months’ customer service experience in a fast-paced service environment delivering consistent and exceptional customer service experience for every customer.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations and lead, coach, and mentor team members as needed.
• Serve as Manager on Duty and coordinate workflow to ensure safe, efficient service.
• Model fast, friendly customer service and respond to customer needs with professionalism.
• Train new team members and provide real-time coaching and feedback.
