Take 5 Oil Change is hiring an Assistant Shop Manager to lead a fast-paced team on the shop floor. You will support the Shop Manager with daily operations, team development, and delivering a fast, friendly customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months’ customer service experience in a fast-paced service environment delivering consistent and exceptional customer service.
• Minimum 6 months’ experience leading, coaching, or mentoring others in a fast-paced environment.
• Must meet applicable age and certification requirements including Inspector Certification when required.
• Reliable transportation to and from your work location.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workflow and serve as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Model fast, friendly customer service and respond to customer needs.
• Ensure services are completed accurately and safely while reinforcing procedures.
• Train new team members with real-time coaching and feedback.
• Complete opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with daily inventory counts and adjustments.
• Support shop communication, reporting, and operational follow-up.
