Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of multi-family experience.
• HVAC/Freon Recovery certification or ability to become certified within the first 6 months of employment.
• Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) preferred.
• Must have certifications/permits required by city or state to perform job responsibilities.
• Must supply own hand tools.

Responsabilités

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Repair/replace appliances, plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems.
• Prepare vacant apartment units for move-in and complete make-ready tasks.
• Identify and correct hazards and perform property safety audits.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of work areas and maintenance shops.
• Assist in special projects or activities designated by management.
