Job summary

AOG Living seeks an experienced maintenance technician to oversee a Seabrook Square apartment community in Austin, TX. You will handle repairs, preventative maintenance and make-ready tasks, coordinating with management to keep units ready and safe.

Responsibilities include grounds and pool duties as needed, responding to work orders, and ensuring compliance with safety policies while maintaining a clean, organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances and carpentry on apartments.
• Familiar with common maintenance tools and safety procedures.
• Able to read and write English for reports.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements and local codes.
• Own hand tools are required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Repair/replace appliances, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and carpentry as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and units.
• Prepare vacant apartment units for move-in and make-ready.
• Identify hazardous conditions and follow safety procedures.
