Job summary

Aogliving is seeking a Service Manager forBellfort Pines in Houston, TX. You will oversee the property’s physical maintenance, repairs, make-ready, and preventative programs while leading the maintenance staff and coordinating with management.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, 5+ years in multi-family maintenance, and relevant certifications (EPA 608, CPO). Strong English communication and budget skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with strong maintenance experience.
• Five years of multi-family experience or equivalent combined education and training.
• EPA Section 608 HVAC/Freon Recovery certification required.
• CAMT preferred; CPO required; boiler/plumbing/mold detection training beneficial.
• Must be able to read/write English and operate maintenance software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance staff and schedule activities for the property.
• Coordinate resident requests, work orders, and unit turnover.
• Manage safety training and compliance for maintenance team.
• Monitor maintenance budget and procurement of supplies.
• Perform preventative maintenance and oversee make-ready tasks.
