Job summary

AOG Living in Longmont, CO is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to join our property maintenance team. You will help oversee repairs, make-ready tasks, preventative maintenance, and construction projects to keep units market-ready and grounds safe.

Responsibilities include responding to resident and management work orders, coordinating with the Community Manager and Lead Technician, and performing plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and carpentry tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of multi-family experience or equivalent.
