Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Supervise maintenance staff and train/schedule activities for apartment community.
• Coordinate, schedule and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Coordinate, schedule and prepare vacant apartment units for move-in.
• Coordinate and schedule safety and skills training for maintenance employees.
• Identify and correct hazardous property conditions that could place the property at risk.
• Manage supplies and maintenance budget.
• Coordinate, schedule and perform preventative maintenance on equipment and units.
