Allied Orion Group is seeking a versatile Maintenance Technician to oversee and perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and make-ready work at an apartment community in Pearland, TX. The role requires strong hands-on skills in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair, with the ability to manage make-ready tasks and coordinate with the Community Manager and Lead Maintenance Technician.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of multi-family maintenance experience or equivalent.
• HVAC/Freon Recovery certification or ability to become certified within six months.
• CAMT certification preferred.
• Pool operations permits/certifications as required.

Mansioni

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Prioritize work using the make-ready and maintenance schedules.
• Repair/replace appliances such as disposals, refrigerators, stoves, and dishwashers.
• Repair/replace plumbing including water lines, fixtures, and drains.
• Repair/replace HVAC, electrical components, and related systems.
• Prepare vacant units for move-in and complete make-ready tasks.
• Apply touch-ups and full interior/exterior paint as needed.
• Clean up and secure work areas and common spaces.
