Qualifications

• Two years related experience in automotive service management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in the Service Manager's absence to deliver a superior customer experience.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and training completed.
• Coordinate diagnostics, vehicle inspections, and customer communication.
• Support LMS and vendor training; assist with ASE certifications.
• Oversee facility and equipment readiness and daily operations.
