Responsibilities

• Maintain safety as Priority #1 and enforce safety policies and training
• Team Building: hire, develop, and coach a high-performing service team
• Schedule staff to cover all hours of operation and communicate with the team
• Ensure facility and equipment are maintained and clean throughout the day
• Ensure compliance with Codes of Ethics, regulations, and procedures
• Serve as policy administrator and coordinate with management on service standards
