Job summary

You will hire and develop technicians, schedule effectively, and maintain a compliant, safe, and well-equipped service department.

The role requires two years in automotive service management, ASE certifications, and a valid driver’s license. A strong focus on process adherence and employee growth is essential.

Qualifications

• Two years related experience in automotive service management.
• Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current, valid driver’s license issued in state of residence.
• Equipment Safety Certification.
• ASE Certification C1 – Service Consultant is required.
• ASE Certification P2 – Parts Specialist recommended.
• ASE Certification G1 – Maintenance and light repair recommended.
• State Inspection License required (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Maintains safety as Priority #1 and ensures compliance with safety policies.
• Builds an extraordinary team to deliver a better customer experience.
• Schedules team to meet customer needs across all hours.
• Communicates with the team daily and conducts regular meetings.
• Trains and supports staff and oversees vehicle condition education.
• Manages facility and equipment maintenance to standards.
• Enforces compliance with service ethics and regulations.
