Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our store in a fast-paced pawnbroker environment. You will oversee daily operations, develop staff, recruit talent, and drive store profitability.

The role includes earning a base hourly wage plus commission and performance bonuses. Responsibilities include customer service leadership, asset protection, loan processing, and inventory management while maintaining FirstCash standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of management/3rd key experience.
• Promotes a positive, productive store environment and customer satisfaction.
• Must be willing to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment and address issues promptly.
• Monitor and assist in training Pawnbrokers to meet standards.
• Recruit top talent through company-prescribed channels.
• Open/close the store, count cash, and protect assets.
• Ensure asset protection and manage loan processes and inventory.
• Administer store processes and enterprise-level reporting.
• Drive profitability by analyzing financial statements and setting goals.
• Maintain operating standards to FirstCash requirements.
• Monitor loan qualification and buying processes.
• Complete tasks and training for self-development.
• Communicate clearly to align with store mission and goals.
• Remain up-to-date on product knowledge.
• Act as manager on duty in the Store Manager's absence.
• Other related duties as assigned.
