You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, protect assets, and meet financial goals in a fast‑paced retail setting. Responsibilities include training pawnbrokers, staff recruitment, cash handling, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with FirstCash standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform duties in a retail environment.
• Experience supervising staff and handling customer interactions.
• Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Must be able to operate POS systems and basic office machines.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and promote a positive environment.
• Develop staff, recruit and retain talent, and drive customer satisfaction.
• Open/close the store, manage cash and assets, and protect inventory.
• Monitor finances, inventory, merchandising, and store reporting.
• Act as manager on duty in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Communicate clearly with employees about mission and goals.
