Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this role.
• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience) required.
• Minimum 18 years of age (21 in WA) and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations in collaboration with the Store Manager to meet financial goals and customer satisfaction.
• Promote a positive and productive environment and recruit and develop store employees.
• Protect company assets through inventory control and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Occasionally act as manager on duty and supervise opening/closing procedures.
• Monitor loan qualifications, buy processes, and profitability through communication and goal setting.
• Maintain store appearance, merchandising, systems, and enterprise-level reporting.
