Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in hotel/resort F&B
• 2+ years hiring and developing talent
• QSR and Outdoor Dining experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• Proficient with POS systems, inventory management, and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily operations of Beach House
• Provide hands-on leadership to front-of-house team
• Ensure consistent service standards and guest experience
• Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate priorities
• Monitor labor and scheduling; support payroll controls
• Collaborate with culinary leadership for seamless service
