Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality hires for Beach House on Captiva Island, Florida. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will join the leadership team, supporting daily restaurant operations, guest service excellence, and staff development in a fast-paced resort setting.

Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, you will lead front-of-house teams, manage staffing, quality control, and service execution, while upholding safety standards and the Beach House dining experience.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of management experience in the food and beverage division of hotel and/or resort.
• 2+ years of experience hiring and developing talent.
• QSR and Outdoor Dining experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English required.
• Must be proficient in POS systems, Inventory Management Systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant General Manager with daily Beach House operations.
• Provide hands-on leadership to front-of-house team on each shift.
• Ensure consistent restaurant service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate priorities and priorities.
• Monitor service flow and adjust staffing as needed.
• Engage with guests and address questions or concerns.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and labor cost management.
• Support revenue, profitability, and cost-control objectives.
• Coordinate with culinary leadership for smooth FOH/BOH operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards.
• Oversee inventory and operating supplies.
