Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Previous supervisory or lead role preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume resort/hospitality environment preferred.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading F&B operations to maintain quality and service standards.
• Schedule and enforce restaurant and bar policies to ensure productivity.
• Aim to achieve profit and productivity goals in food and service.
• Coordinate testing and roll out new products and procedures.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address issues promptly.
• Manage purchasing and receiving procedures with Purchasing Dept.
