Job summary

South Seas is an AM Breakfast Restaurant Supervisor role within Pyramid Global Hospitality's Beach House at South Seas on Captiva Island, FL. The position oversees daily breakfast and lunch operations, leads front-of-house staff, and ensures guest service excellence in a fast-paced resort setting.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in restaurant management, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate with culinary leadership for seamless service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant, resort, or hotel preferred.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Open availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily breakfast and lunch restaurant operations.
• Supervise front-of-house team throughout the shift.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate priorities.
• Maintain hospitality and service standards.
• Coordinate with culinary and restaurant leadership to ensure effective communication between FOH and BOH.
• Ensure cleanliness and readiness.
