Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls and coach hourly employees.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership coverage as ARM to support the Restaurant General Manager.
• Maintain company standards in product quality and facility specifications.
• Supervise food handling procedures and operational processes.
• Exercise basic, shift-to-shift financial controls to support profit margins.
