Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment.
• Displayed ability to maintain financial controls and coach hourly employees.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Maintains fast, accurate service and ensures products meet quality standards.
• Drives a customer-focused culture and trains managers to meet service standards.
• Monitors food safety standards and daily operations.
• Develops and tracks the restaurant's annual operating plan and margins.
• Oversees staffing, schedules and HR activities at the restaurant level.
• Ensures facilities and equipment are maintained to company standards.
