Job summary

Baskin-Robbins is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager, shift leaders and team. You will perform duties of the RM in their absence, lead meetings, oversee training, ensure brand standards, and foster a guest-focused culture while helping to maximize profitability at the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic math and financial management.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant Manager, shift leaders and team to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead team meetings and assist with performance management.
• Oversee brand training programs, scheduling, training and certifications.
• Ensure brand standards, recipes and systems are followed.
• Create a guest-focused culture and drive guest satisfaction.
• Review guest feedback and implement improvements.
• Support with product rollouts including training, marketing and sampling as needed.
• Manage safety, sanitation and legal compliance.
• Help control costs and maximize profitability.
• Assist with inventory and labor scheduling as directed by RM.
• Coordinate supplier orders and vendor relations.
