Job summary

Baskin-Robbins is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager, shift leaders, and team in daily operations. You will lead team meetings, oversee brand training, and ensure brand standards are followed to deliver excellent guest experiences.

In this role you will help manage inventory, scheduling, and costs while maintaining a positive, guest-focused culture and compliance with safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and financial work.
• Fluent English communication (spoken and written).
• Leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Support Restaurant Manager and Shift leaders in daily operations.
• Lead team meetings and oversee Brand Training programs.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are executed.
• Create a guest-focused service culture and address guest feedback.
• Assist with inventory, scheduling, and labor deployment.
• Assist with supplier orders and cash handling per policies.
• Engage with brand operations for field support.
